hijacked search

I have Norton Internet security 2009, but I have a malware on my computer that hijacks my search querries and shows the following:

 

for example, if I searched for "college 3 pt distance"   at google, it redirects me to the following:

 

http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&rlz=1T4GGLL_enUS343US343&q=college+3+pt+distance

 

I guess no one paid for advertising for thart query, because the page I see is blank except for these words in black at the upper left:


 QFxZ-CAA

 

Any suggests on what the heck this is and how to remove it?
