History & Quarantine Screens Not Working

The problem I'm having is that both the History and Quarantine screens are not working. When I try to open them, they both flash open for a second or so and immediately close. A Norton technician (through online chat) cleared my temp folder, did an uninstall and a re-install of the product and it seemed to work, but the next day when I started my PC, the problem was back again. (I should add that I have NIS09 installed on both a Vista Home Premium PC as well as an XP Home Media Edition PC, and both PCs have the same issue.)

I really don't want to have to uninstall and re-install the software every couple of days to keep it working properly only to have it fail again.

 

Anyone have any suggestions/fixes for this issue.
