I have been trying to receive my full refund it is past the 60 day garúantee I get the same script read to me I keep verifying my address and still no check in the mail I feels horrible to keep calling and getting the same script read especially when you can’t speak to anyone in the states
Issue abstract:
Detailed description:
Was your first request for the refund after the 60 days from purchase? If so, there is no refund available for the remaining subscription. Here is a Norton Support article on the refund policy.
It was like 2-3 weeks into my subscription
And how long since the refund was approved?
Appears to be a common complaint. pissedconsumer dot com has a few other similar complaints.
I have been charged the full subscription 34 days in advance of my Norton 360 Premium renewal date. No warning. All of my other subscriptions with Norton were switched off from automatically renewing (I’m sure that this was too, but I have no way of checking) and I’m now trying to establish how to get my money back whilst I look at a different protection product. This is way too far in advance Norton and they are not making it easy to seek a refund. The AP number doesn’t get recognised when I look to get a refund using the online form and so I guess I’m left to have to try and speak to someone. I live in the EU and would love to know how to go about doing this to avail of the 60 day money back policy. Any suggestions?
