Hoax or Real?

I have a question...  has anyone had the following type of popup after clicking on a link online?   Would like to know if it is just a hoax or something real on my computer.   It doesn't pop up any other time, just that link.  Thanks in advance for any info and insight.  Below is what it says.

There are two bright blue boxes on each side of message which says:  Call for support:  1-888-615-5854.

On the message itself it says:   virus breach-a0s5.pw says:

** ZEUS VIRUS DETECTED - YOUR COMPUTER HAS BEEN BLOCKED **

Error: Virus - Trojan Backdoor Hijack #365838d7f8a4fa5

IP:   guess it's mine  Browser:Chrome  ISP: my providers name

Please call computer system technician immediately on:   888-615-5854

Please do not ignore this safety alert.  Your Microsoft System Has Been Compromised.  If you close this page before calling us, your computer access will be disabled to prevent further damage and your data from being stolen.  then a "OK" box to click.

Of course I didn't call that number or click on the "ok box."  I X'ed out and shut down my computer for a bit, then restarted it.  No popups, boxes, and nothing appears to be different....but, I am wondering if something might be hiding in the computer.
