Hot Fix Released - Norton Internet Security/Norton AntiVirus Tray Icon will not load intermittently

 

Hello all,
After the release of our Norton Internet Security/Norton AntiVirus 17.5 patch, a few users began reporting that their tray icon would not load after bootup, and that the Norton User Interface was not accessible.

We will include this fix in a future inline patch update to Norton Internet Security 2010 and Norton AntiVirus 2010 available at a later time.
