The hotfix did not work and my Norton 360 crypto miner is stuck on the payout phase and continues to increment. The payout amount continues to increase, but the payout has not occurred. Payout is supposed to be at .004. My payout is way beyond that. The issue persists on all three of my computers. All of them have the hotfix installed (Norton 360 version 22.21.8.62, 64-bit Windows 10 Pro and Home). Screenshot for your reference:
Miner finally showed and updated number but about 0.0004701 short of what it should be!
Same here I have two computers having the same issue. the amount mined isn't changing.
Same issue. I checked my balance in the wallet and wrote it down on Friday Noon time. Was mining. Went away for weekend and came back Sunday to show no change in balance. Was mining when I returned home. So a weekend of GUI use but no production.
Roughly about 20-24 hrs of running miner since about 2 days ago. There has been movement but it is negligible before my report of 0 movement on balance, 0.000074 increase. Almost 0 gain since I booted up this morn. Past 2 nights I've shutdown, worried about loss of GPU life for little to no gain since the slowdown/stoppage started. Just paused it, will try a run tonight and see if it improves. Possibly more people jumping on this miner is slowing thing down? Not sure its worth it, added electricity not cheap.
Thank you for posting on the Norton Community. When you get a chance, could you please take a look at this post: Pending payout not accumulating ?
Thanks,

Same issue here. My GPU and Fan is spinning like crazy but the "Yellow" circle is not moving, the payout pending values are not updating. Periodically, i might see the hash rate change but nothing else updates.
I installed the Crypto mining yesterday and it was working and then it just stopped.
The miner has been running all day using my GPU but....!!! There has been NO update on the balance. I'm shutting it down until this is FIXED! Not worth the wear and tear on my system until then.
Update, it did finally payout after about 3 days of being past the payout threshold. But now a new problem is that it paid out roughly 7 hours ago and now has not accumulated any more balance even though it is showing that it is hashing and when checking my resource monitors, my GPU is definitely being used. I do not know if this is the "frozen" that the patch was supposed to fix.. but more so now this feels "frozen" as it isn't even accumulating anything whereas, during the wait for the payout, it was still at least still accumulating additional ETH.
I verified that I have the latest hotfix updates but my hangs ups and restarting of the miner didn't start until some time after my last check around 7:30 pm last night and it was working all along before that. I do see a NCrypt.exe crash dump file from yesterday at about 2 pm but it was working before/after that. Seems the 'hotfix' was a hotbreak for me. I see the Cloud data on my mining is unavailable so it looks to be a server issue I suppose. I would like to see added to the app a way to see the last mining balance update date/time. This could help to verify when any problem started happening.
Why did Norton not provide this information in an official bulletin notification? Consumers using this software should be kept up to date regarding changes to payouts. First it was .002, then .004, and now “when the time is right”? If this being done to reduce transaction fees, then I had better expect those fees to be almost free whenever I decide to transfer my funds. Just saying.
Hi,
Thank you for posting on the Norton Community. The payouts are optimized to be paid out during low Gas and transaction fees.
Thanks,

I'm experiencing the exact same problem. I confirmed that my NCrypt.exe version is updated to 1.0.0.59
