I cannot install Windows Updates. Whenever I try, I get the following message:
"Hotfix Installer stopped working and was closed
A problem caused the application to stop working correctly. Windows will notify you if a solution is available".
Can anyone help? Is this a virus of some sort, or is there a way to repair the Installer so that I can get updates?
