House Rules not updating on childs Phone

Hello, 

My House rules are at a custom level where I have decided some categories should be blocked. I've updated these as the children have grown. However updating the house rules on the phone does not seem to pull in the updated categories.

For example it was set to block art and this is now on the allowed list on the Norton Family parental control app. It's still showing as blocked for the children's phone amongst others. This still occurs even after uninstalling Norton Family on the phone and reinstalling.

How can we ensure the changes to house rules filter down to the children?

We are investigating the issue. From our backend analysis, we could see that Arts is in blocked category. Please follow this help link to block/unblock categories from Norton Family parental control app.
