Dear "The Norton and Netprophets team",
With reference to the attached invoice : "Norton_16-17_030789", the amount of INR : 2099/- has been deducted from my credit card, but I have not ordered/purchased this "product/service Norton 360", then how automatically the order has been generated & the amount has been deducted from my account.
Please note that I had already ordered one service on 11/07/2016 & this will be expire on 12/07/2017, for your reference you can check "Invoice number : xxx". Then again how is this possible. This is totally unfair, even I have not received any intimation regarding this.
Requesting you kindly refund the money.
