How can I allow bootstrapper.exe for the installation of Garmin map software?

I have a Garmin GPS and while downloading the map software, Norton blocked it and would not allow it to install. Garmin has it in its software and I need the maps download.

 

How do I allow the exe file to be installed and what is the location of the Norton setting which is preventing it from being installed?

Check to see which .exe file is causing the problem.  I downloaded a program where one .exe file was removed as spyware, but did not lose the program .exe file.
