How Can I Backup Only Files That Have Changed Since The Last Backup?

Once a week I do what I consider a "full" backup (lots of video, graphics and movies) which comes to 163GB/282K files. Since N360 doesn't allow multiple generation backup sets and I don't want to loose the only backup set I have while I'm writing a new one, what I'd like to do is only backup files that have been added or modified since the last backup.

I understood that checking "Verify all files" would do that but instead I wound up with 327GB/564K files, twice what I thought the result would be and it still took almost 10 hours. I now don't know what condition the backup data is in.

Taken from a post of  wwelty(Symantec Employee):

Usually it will only uses the larger amount of space the first time it backs up the data. Subsequent backups will only send new files and incremental changes.

OK ... Then it seems to me I should blow away the backup -- since it's twice the size it ought to be -- and rerun. How do I delete the backup that's out there now?

Go to Manage Backup settings in Norton 360, you can find the option to Delete Backup Set in Summary tab and Delete Backedup Files under Where tab.
