I am DISABLED - NO, it's NOT a scam or joke! I CANNOT set up long enough to chat, phone, etc. I have a "WEB SURVEY" that keeps popping up when I use a certain website - Can or is it even possible to use my NORTON SECURITY for Windows to block this website? Thanks for any help!
