How can I change my SafeWeb display name?

The edit profile option doesn't offer that possibility. I clicked Yes hastily and my display name is now too revealing.

 

Please add this option, and help me with my current problem.

 

 

I see now that it says on the create profile page that it cannot be changed. Pity it didn't state that clearly on that initial prompt. I'd kindly ask a SafeWeb admin to delete my current SafeWeb profile so I can set it up again, please.

tried every way to change

it has to be made clearer by norton when entering name, that this is username

 

can someone contact me please?

not my forum name i want to change, but my safeweb name.

my email is same for both. ideally my safeweb name would be same as forum name if possible?
