How can I contact Norton

I have been charged twice for same product.£84.99 which I had cancelled and £29.99 which was requested by me.  On the same day [4th Sept.21].  I cannot see anyway to report this to Norton - I am not on twitter or facebook.  Any advice on how to rectify this mistake [even an algorithm could have spotted this]?    If I can't get Norton to deal with it, does anyone know if I can just report it to my credit card provider.

Thanks for that.  Just after I posted this the virtual assistant popped up which forwarded me to live assistant.  I couldn't get these up at all previously.  My problem was dealt with quite quickly and a refund promised [also confirmation of this emailed to me] so I should be a happy bunny sometime soon.  I think your reply more or less covered it.  I did not leave enough time between cancelling automatic renewal and requesting the new one.  Again, many thanks.

What may have happened here is that you still had Automatic Renewal feature turned on for an older subscription. Support can arrange the refund of the older products. And have them ensure that the Automatic Renewal is turned off for those subscriptions.
