How can I deactivate intel anti theft on my toshiba ultrabook?

I have a toshiba ultrabook and I can't access it through windows cause message prompt like this below:

how can I deactivate this intel anti theft?

 

This computer has been disabled using intel (R) AT.

Intel (R) AT system lock due to :Platform Attack Detected

Time Left to enter passphrase : 897 second

Please select one of the following for platform recovery:

    1. - Passphrase

    2. - Server Recovery Token

Intel (R) AT service provider ID :15000

Kindly login to Norton Anti-theft website (https://antitheft.norton.com) using the user account and password, that you had used while registration.

Click on the Intel AT icon on the machine name (on the left). 

Deactivate Intel-AT via web.

Good day sir!!when i open the site that you've given early,.it says that NOrton anti- theft "your trial has expired". How to resolved this issue?.norton.png

Good day sir!,when i open the site that you've given early, it says that NORTON anti-theft "your trial has expired' how to resolved this issue?, I can't click on the intel AT icon on the machines name (on the left) deactivate intel AT -via web,because of the expired issue.
