Hi,
I am really miffed at the moment.
I just discovered that Norton Security has Backup enabled by default and that, unknown to me, it has backed up some of my files. I don't want any of my files stored online so I wish to delete them. However, by the look of it, I can only restore files from Backup but I have no way of managing or deleting them - is this true?
I am really not happy with this and I imagine, as more and more people buy Norton Security, they are going to be very angry if they discover that the program is backing up files to Norton servers. Worse, as there appears no way to actually delete files once up there, what on earth is Norton up to?
So, hoping that I have missed the easy solution to this, can someone tell me how to get access to MY files please - I am not deven sure what has been backed up other than Norton Security saying that it has backed up a set.
Been a Norton user for more years than I can remember and this is the first time that I am angry with the product/company.
Thanks for any help.
