I recently installed Norton 360 Premier and find I can only do a Full Scan once a day. The rest of the scans I initiate that day will only be quick scans. Last year I could change default settings to accomplish this. This year I can't.

I believe you are talking about the Scan Performance Profile setting - which is no longer included in the settings for the latest product.
SOJ does a good job of explaining it in the solution to this thread.
You mkay be able to check your History > Scan Results and see if in fact they are Quick Scans running when you select the Full System Scan.
Thanks for the quick response's. It was the Scan Performance Profiles. I did read the thread that was highlighted. Being able to do a full scan at any given time was an option I appreciated, so I miss that.
