How can I find out where a file is being downloaded from in IE 8?

Hi geniuses:

 

How can I find out where a file is being downloaded from in IE 8?

 

Example, I am using XP or 7 and I wish to download a file from a website.

I see the domain name of the site being downloaded from but not the IP, which

seems encrypted.

 

Is there any way?
