This thread is about my still screwed-up post Free Upgrade from Win7 to Win10.
This is what I saw when I logged into my Administrator profile, As you will see, I have NIS (v22.5.5.15), my Identity Safe Vault is open but the Norton log-in window is showing. I enter the correct password and nothing happens apart from the password disappearing.
This has happened once before but stupidly I can't find my thread.
How can I get rid of this window and what causes it?
