I want to enable Windows' Internet Connection Sharing (ICS). To do that, no other program can be using port 80. Norton monitors it, and I don't see a way to stop that. I tried allowing all Windows services and the ICS service specially in Norton, but that didn't work. So I need a way to make Norton ignore that port (at least while ICS is on, but after it's off, preferably Norton would automatically monitor it again to make my computer more secure.
