How can I STOP annoying popup advertisments from Norton

I keep getting an advertisement popup showing up at the bottom left of my screen from Norton - asking me to try their Norton Secure Browser.    The more Norton pesters, bothers, and irritates me the LESS LIKELY I will ever use their lame browser.  Just leave me alone.

I guess I'll need to uninstall Norton and use something else.   I'm just not going to put up with unwanted, and unauthorized, Norton ads constantly cluttering up my computer.  I don't need this sort of distraction - and if the easiest method is to simply ditch Norton then I will.   This is utter nonsense.

I wonder if the "don't show me again" choice works.  I have this warnings from Norton problem on one of the computers I use.  I hoped to find a way in Settings to disable them; but I have not tried the choice upon trying to close the warning messages, "Don't show me this again".

Yes, Norton has become a game of whack-a-mole.

I have.   However once Norton infests your computer like a virus - it becomes a game of whack-a-mole.    I think Norton is leaning into a "scareware" marketing model.

I was just curious whether Don't Show Me Again worked for "Try our Norton Secure Browser" prompt?
Thanks

Curious, did you try Don't Show Me Again?

Windows 11 has a built in virus protection.  People are using this and it works just fine.  I've uninstalled Norton.  No more annoying Norton advertisements or unwanted Norton popups.

I have a high tech semiconductor and SW background and have built and maintained PCs for years, so along with that, I have been saddled with being the family IT guy, and often pressured by friends and neighbors for the same.  Norton has been a little heavy on overhead, but typically reliable for dealing with threats, so I have used Norton for decades.  However, the amount of SPAM from Norton has become way out of control.  In addition, as my parents have aged, I began getting 10 licenses and managed everyone locally and remotely, but Norton runs a scare and panic campaign to the point that my mother in her 90's was freaking out daily about Norton nonstop warnings and pushing things that she does not need.  Last year, Norton forced me to remove my mother from Norton as I could no longer take the stress that Norton was inducing.  Now I have other parents beginning to get anxiety from Norton's nonstop BS SPAM.  Norton also sends them Driver updates that MUST BE DONE!!! and 2 times now Norton Bricked their machines.

If I can no longer turn this garbage OFF, Norton will lose my family, neighbors and friends because of the issues that Norton has created that should not be issues.  I dont want your browser extension, your tiny cloud backup, your VPN that keeps log files, and I darn sure dont need Norton telling me to update a driver that will knock my machines off.

Sort it out or lose me and 20+ others that I both manage and advise as there are other options that both cost less and do not SPAM the users and IT guys to death.

you cant but under advance settings ther is a point call special offers it take down ca 80 to 90% and that is better then nothing
