How can my son turn off Norton Family monitoring during school time?

I recently found that my son turned off Norton Family during school time. I changed my password, set up two way verification, but it looks like he can simply disable the monitoring without logging in.

We have noticed that Norton Family is being turned off from an iOS device. Please check if the child is having access to any parent device in which Norton Family Parent app is installed. If so please restrict access to parent device with device password protection. Additionally, please review and log out of the "Norton Family Parent App” on any devices that are not actively used by the parent.
