How can scan files and get result just by command in python script?

Hi guys, 
I have a script that reads files/folders from the USB device and uploading to some other storage. In middle, I need to scan those files/folders by Norton security antivirus (on my local machine with windows 10). I am reading  Run a scan at the command prompt but the problem is I can not get the result of scan anywhere, not in logs and not in the output of the command that I ran (output of the command "\Program Files\ProductName\Engine\version\NAVW32" /path/to/file is nothing although it is working). please notice I am using python3 script so I do not access the Norton interface.
any idea?

Information: I haven't Norton product yet, but if the above goal can be achieved, I will buying your mentioned product from Norton. OS machine is Windows 10.

Hello Parsezan. Your post is in the wrong forums thread as this thread is for the Norton Core router discussions. As you have said you do not have a Norton product yet I will ask for your post to be moved to the Tech Outpost thread. I'm sure you will get some responses there.
