how come when i start up norton support is trying to connect
had them help me on 08/21/2025 with somebody claiming to be from NORTON IN MY computer
Did you go to Norton support or did Norton came to you?
Did you agree to remote access session?
Reads like Norton (whatever) support did not clean up after their remote session.
as I recall…there was support chat program and related tasks running.
Anything on your desktop/machine that looks related to Norton remote access?
Any related processes running via Task Manager? Task Scheduler?
You always call norton ore chat support they never call you onles it is the senior team and you has som major bug help to add to them els they never call you ore if you got a reasen they call you
@grayed Look for a program named “Logmein” in your installed apps. Remove it ( if there ) and restart the computer, recheck.
