How d o I stop the emails from Norton that my subscription has expired?

I purchased a new copy of Norton Internet Security 2012, downloaded it, and it is active and has the correct renewal date for 2013, but I keep getting emails from Norton that my NIS 2011has expired. How can I get Norton to recognize the new version and stop the emails? I have the same email address that  I always have. Thanks!

   Our admin had responded to a similar issue here.

  You can contact our support and ask them to Disable your old Expired Norton from their end. Chat will be the Quickest way.
