How do allow for pop-ups or list a particular site as an exception

I am attempting to change my email address for a software site.  The site allows me to select this option ... but it then does two things immediately and simultaneously:  (1) a verification code is sent to the email box I am moving away from and (2) an entry box for entry of the verification code then appears ... but the entry box remains on screen for such a short time that I do not have time to enter the code.

I spoke to support at the software site (iDrive.com).  I was using Microsoft Edge.  They said try Chrome.  I did this, and had the same problem.  They said the issue probably arises from a pop-up command set up in EITHER Norton 360 ....OR ... in CHROME ... OR both.  They recommended that I locate where I can alter the pop-up settings, and enter https://www.idrive.com to the EXCEPTIONS LIST.

My question:  Within Norton 360, how do I change the pop-up-settings so that I either (a) allow all pop-ups,  or  (b) make the entry to the EXCEPTIONS list?    (if you can also explain how I change the settings in Chrome or Microsoft Edge, this would be very helpful).

After I have made the suggested changes, I will try again to change my email address with idrive.  If this does not work, I am to contact their support team again.

Thanks for any guidance you can provide.  Sam

Yeah, it doesn't look like Norton is involved here to me.

think they misled you some

microsoft edge and google chrome are the same open source program ( edge is more secure ) they operate on same type or style of system

in edge goto settings under cookies and site permission may see what your looking for
