I recently had an issue with NIS. I wanted to access Norton Support and use the CHAT modality to resolve the issue. Instead, I had to go through the automated Norton support. Eventually, this failed enough so that the CHAT window was made available to me. Five minutes later the problem was solved.
Am I missing some way to go directly to CHAT without having to go through the aforementioned hoops?
(Also, why do they have the word verification in order for me to post?)

Perhaps the reason that the page was not found is that your browser configuration might require a full URL starting with http://
Maybe it would have worked if you had entered
