A white list is list of known trusted programs mainly for the firewall. Only Symantec has that list. What seems to be the problem?

Please explain how it is “caused by Norton”.
Do you have any errors codes or any logging in Norton. What exactly is the program?
Well it ws having issues so i went to the tech support page and it said that this kind of thing was cause by antivirus systems such as Norton Antivirus, and it could be avoided by adding this program to the Whitelist.

Click on Computer Setings > Scan Exlusions > Auto-Protect Exclusions, then enter the File Name there. I would not Exclude it from Manual Scanning, un-less you really are having serious issues.
I play WOW all the time and never have used Glider. Seems ok.
