NOF only issues warnings to my children - it does not actually prevent them visiting "blocked" websites. How do i configure it to actually block the site, and why does NOF say sites (eg with category "pornography") are blocked when they are not? thank you

You said "How do i configure it to actually block the site". If you select the option "Block the site" at Settings -> Web, and if the categories of a website is selected to blocked or the website is on the black list, but the website is not on the white list, when a child tries to access the site, the child will be blocked.
thanks katie. so when NOF says "blocked" the site may not be blocked at all, and is set only to give a warning??? Surely it should not say blocked if it isn't blocked.
How do i block some categories but not others eg I want to block pornograthy and violence, but not gaming. i just want the warning for gaming.
You said "so when NOF says "blocked" the site may not be blocked at all, and is set only to give a warning???"
That's not true.
If you have the option "Give a warning but allow XXX on the site anyway" at Settings -> Web selected, the child is able to access the website
If you have the option " Block the site" at Settings -> Web select, the child is not able to access the website.

You can block some categories by selecting the categories to be blocked at Settings -> Web. Currently the program doesn't support the feature that blocks certain categories and gives a warning for other categories. Could you give us a scenarios using the option you think that would help you to manage the online activities and I'll pass your suggestion to the Online Family team.
Unfortunately right now we don't allow "blocking" for some categories, and "warning" for others. I'll pass your suggestions on to our development group.
