I have Norton 360 installed which expires in 4 days, I’ve bought another licence for 360+. How do I cancel the existing 360 and enable the 360+

You can contact Norton chat support and tell them to transfer existing subscription

Just open Norton, go to the “Subscription” section, and click on “Cancel subscription” for the current 360 plan. After that, you can just enter your new 360+ key and activate it through the same menu. Make sure to do it before your current one expires!
