How do I change computers?

My old laptop died and I want to install Norton on my new one using the license from the old one.  How can I do this?

Just an addendum to Peters route .....

 

If you were using Norton 2012/V19 when you download the preactivated copy from your MyNortonAccount you will not get the same version but will get the current 2013/V20 in the latest update available for download. You should of course run LiveUpdate manually to get it completely uptodate.

 

If you want to stay with Norton 2012/V19 for the time being for any reason then just say so and we can give you a link to get it. Just let us know if you are using other than the US English version and which "Norton" it is.
