I actually responded a few days ago with a screen shot and computer specs, but the Reply did not go thru. Hopefully this one will get thru.
I keep getting this email:

Anyway there was an auto update to Norton Utilities Ultimate, but I still can't scroll down to see further information listed on the interface.
No scroll bar visible and using Windows 11 on Ryzen 3900x.
