We have wifi in this house (no desktop) and the Norton Connectsafe seems to be blocking any website I try to access through my mobile devices if they are not family friendly. We never asked for such strict settings. Help!

You will need to login to your wireless router.
Try this and let us know how you get on.
Open a browser and type http://192.168.2.1 into the address bar. According to this page Belkin routers do not ship with an administrator password, click Submit.
You will then have to look for the DNS settings and change them to either use the automatically assigned ones from your ISP or to another of Norton Connecsafe setting. The three options can be found here. The one that just blocks known malicious sites ends in .40 .
