I back up my pc to an external drive, but am unable to connect it to my Norton security. How do I tell Norton to back up to my drive instead of the cloud?

Hello Kitty B4. Make sure the device you are backing up to is connected and discoverable by your OS. Then open Norton backup and its settings. The drive SHOULD appear in the area show in the screenshot below.
