How do I contact Level 2 Tech Support

I have been promised a call from Level 2 Tech Support to fix a problem created by the support team. I have been assured at least 5 times that they would be in touch within 24/48 hour, still nothing. Does anyone have contact details of someone who can get things done?

Lv1 contacts Lv2…and then hopefully Lv2 contacts you.
I’d urge contacting Lv1 again with your ticket number.

btw ~ Community hears similar stories - promised call backs…then nothing.
btw ~ recently, Lv2 called in the middle of the night on three different nights…after advising Lv1 my location, my time zone, my preferred call back time…after each Lv2 middle of the night (phone was on do not disturb) call.
Lv1 wanted remote access. Lv2 wanted remote access.

After 5 weeks I finally got a call at 8PM last night. Problem solved, maybe someone is watching the “community”

Almost convinced there is NO “Level Two” tech. Laptop has been locked down for 5 days with promises of 24 hours, a couple hours, and tomorrow. Chat is impossible. IT depts are going to be having a serious discussion about it

Please explain “Chat is impossible”…because your device has been “locked down”…meaning, your device has been off for 5 days?
