How do I create a Image File or *.GHO using Disk Nortion 15.0?

I have a computer that I need to backup in the event of the drive failure.  In previous versions of Ghost I would boot to CD and create a .GHO file and burn it to DVD (Disk to Image).  Can we do this with Norton 15 and if so how?  The advantage to the image file was it would fit on a DVD.  With Norton 15.0 the Recovery Points are fairly large.
