My old computer recently died. That's okay, but the thing is that it had a subscription to auto-renew Norton, so now I'm basically paying Norton to renew a dead computer every year. How do I stop this?
I can't access my Norton details to disable the subscription because, like I said, the computer is dead. I can't access anything.
