@Dale_Skaarup You can start with clearing ALL the cookies/cache data from ALL web browsers installed. Next open a run command box and type %temp% and press enter. Delete all the temp files that appear. Reboot and recheck.
Secondarily, malware can use jpg photo data to do stenography and implant code. I suggest running a full scan with Norton and Malwarebytes to be more confident this gets resolved.
