I wold like to download norton 360P on to a second computer. I have the product code
Hi lesstewart
If you have a current subscription of Norton 360 premier with a spare user licence you can,
Log into Norton management on the link below using your Norton account email address and password, click on my account, click on product details, and click on the yellow download button and save the download. On this page is the product key that you can make a note of.
If the computer you want to install Norton on has no security software then use a computer that does and copy the download to a disc or flash drive.
If you have one user licence then do the below using the computer you have Norton activated on before trying to activate it on another computer. If your moving the Norton product you’ll need to backup or export in both formats your identity safe and any other users identity safe if it is used, before doing the below.
Log into Norton management on the link below using your Norton account email address and password, click on my account, click on product details, click on the trashcan (bin) next to your activation, this will free up the key but it may have a time delay before it becomes available.
Use the process below to remove your previous security programme. You’ll need to download and save the removal tool from the security software’s main website or use the singularlabs website on the link below and choose from the list.
http://singularlabs.com/uninstallers/security-software
Uninstall using windows add/remove programme.
Restart the computer.
Run the removal tool.
Restart the computer.
This process should be done for each security software to be uninstalled, meaning one at a time.
If you have any questions please ask before you start?
