I just renewed my NIS and also purchased the Norton Utilities which was suggested...BUT, now I can't download it. What do I need to do.
HELP!!
EDIT ~ just wanted to add, when I go to my account, I see it there on the order, but the Download button is greyed out. It shouldn't be this hard!
