What is the error message you are seeing? When I click the turn-on button it wont load, it just sits there trying to load for ever.

You mention Norton Ultimate. Which product is the Ultimate level? What is not loading?
You also mention your vault. There is no single tap feature to access your vault. There is no biometric access in the Windows version of Norton Password Manager settings.
Maybe its the “Passwordless Vault Unlock”, there is a turn on button on the right side. That is limited to a mobile device only.

This is known problem with Edge on Windows. I’ve been working with Norton Support - now up to Level 2 - for months to get this fixed to no avail. They take over my computer for an hour or two, attempt to get it to work (it doesn’t), and I finally tell them I’ve got other things to do and disconnect them. My solution is now using LastPass for password management, which is actually better, as it can generate and store passkeys while Norton cannot.
