I got new android smartphones for my children and installed the Norton Family app onto those phones. I clicked to install the free trial of Norton Family Premier, but I do not have the Premier features. When I log-in to my account, I cannot control the Premier features and there is a "upgrade" button. Everywhere I look, it looks like I have to pay to get any Premier features. Is the trial version just a defeatured version? If I should be able to access the Premier features, how do I enable that?
