I've just bought a years renewal for my friend to Norton Internet Security. As far as I knew, she already had the programme installed on her computer (it was showing 15 days trial??) so I purchased an upgrade. I've got a renewal code now to enter but I don't know where to enter it. The only place I can find asks for a 'product key' but doesn't accept my code. I'm thinking now she mustn't have had the full version installed on her computer (though I know she bought it a while back - she isn't good with computers, I am a little better....). Have I bought the wrong product? If so, how can I change it for the right one? I can't find any kind of Norton customer support email address to write to to ask this, only this forum. Can someone help me???
