How do I find my product information for this year?

Since my re-newal was done automatically in August 2008, I don't remember receiving any confirmation and order information. Unfortunately, my computer system is verging on crashing therefore this information is vital as I need to find out if I still have my extended download service. I have tried searching the system for it but with no success. I would be really grateful if anyone could help me with this problem.
