How do I fix my Norton Secure VPN so that it stays on when I start my computer?

with my norton 360 l have to click on vpn every time l start my computer

how do l fix it?

Reinstalling won't change this behavior. Its just the way Norton decided it would operate.  Its been the subject of numerous discussions in the forums and many requesting Norton to add this feature.

l also have nortons on my iphone x and vpn loads up on restart so should l try reinstalling it on my laptop

thanks for the feed back looks like l will have to manually activate it every time l start up then

Hi dood1949,

Unfortunately, my understanding is, Norton's built in VPN, "by design", will disconnect in the following scenarios:

1. On reboot/restart of your PC.

2. If your system goes into Sleep Mode.

3. If your system goes into Hibernation Mode.

In order to reconnect the VPN in the above scenarios, you Must manually restart it.
