I have tried everything I know. Is this a virus? Or what is this & how did I GET IT ? Most of all, how do I fix it? The problem is my computer wont let me into my C drive, wont let me delete or change any of the settings. It tells me I don't have administrator rights. I'm the only administrator on this computer. It is an HP Compaq 6910p with Vista business OS. Please tell me how to do this. I've been trying for months. This is a laptop & there is so much stuff on here I'm afraid its going to crash. I'm shocked it hasn't already!!
