How do I get a refund for a service I did not realize I accepted?

I did not realize I approved a $339.00 deduction from my bank account. I need a refund.

Have you checked your bank to see if this payment was taken, or did you just get an email saying this payment has been made? If an email, it could be a scammer trying to get you to contact them for a refund. If you do contact them they will ask for your banking information for the refund and instead of refunding you they will clean out your account. Check the sender's email address against this information.  Is this email from Norton legitimate?

If you determine it is a scam just delete the email.
