How do I get my subscriptions cleaned up?

I have used Norton products for years and have bought computers and some have been long gone etc.. Bottom line is I currently have only 3 computers but 3 active 3 seat licenses that are all showing fully used. My goal is to put all 3 under one 3 seat license and cancel the others since as is I have been paying triple. I have never had more than 3 computers at one time. I can't find a way to do that through account.norton.com

Welcome,

The solution to your problem will be found here:  http://us.norton.com/support/contact/contact.jsp?pvid=cs

You may need to scroll down a bit to see the 'chat now' button

they can get you fixed up without any pain or strain.

That site appears to be broken. I fill out the form but the continue button does not work. There is a link that says call us but it brings the same broken form up.

Hello rc_hoover

Please try this link for customer support.

.Please contact the free chat program by using this link.

Thanks

No luck! That goes to the same form that doesn't work. Just to make sure, I tried it on another computer. I also tried the 'email us' link but it uses the same form.

@ rc_hoover,

Highlight the following link, right click on it and select copy.  Then paste it into the URL bar of your browser and hit Enter.

I can get to that form fine. I fill the form out and the 'Continue' button will not work. It's like it is just an image. I have tried it on multiple computers with the same results. The form does not work!

There is a thread on the Feedback Board which supplies a bit more info - but no solution:

Just for the record.  yank's solution of copying and pasting worked for me.  I got past the continue button fine.

I get the 'Continue button fine too it just does not work!

It does work for most people just fine (and has for a long time); unfortunately, in the past few days it has stopped working for quite a few other folks. Nobody has yet been able to figure out why, but they're working on it. All we can do for now is ask you to be patient while they figure it out...and say sorry you're one of the folks who's not able to get through.

Once this situation is resolved, the folks at the other end of that link should be able to get this cleared up for you in a matter of minutes. If you'd prefer not to wait, you might try the phone support option: same folks, same effective resolution; just takes a bit longer to get through (under normal circumstances; under these circumstances, it might actually be quicker!)
