How do I get Norton to ignore files it thinks are trojans

how can I get n360 to ignore some files, I've tried setting the file path in an exclusion but they are automatically detected and blocked

 

the files in question are game trainers,  They modify another program while it's running and also listen for keys to be pressed on the computer so the options can activate.

 

I know that these files are there, I downloaded the myself to help in games 

 

please help

there's no way to set them as exceptions or something?
