One of my customers sent me a screenshot showing that my website is being blocked as "Unsafe Site" on their iphone with Norton360.
Please let me know how to submit my website for re-evaluation.
Is the image you posted from your customer?
What iPhone model and iOS version is your customer using? The notification area looks more like an Android device. There is a Safari browser for Android in the Google Play Store. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.safari.pro As it is a paid app, and I have no payment set up in Google Play, I cannot test.
The message saying the address is invalid sounds like the customer may have typed in the address incorrectly. I just tried your web site on my iPhone SE3 on iOS 15.5 and saw no block from Norton.

Maybe, their device cache is reporting "Unsafe site".
Odd, the link https://safeweb.norton.com shows my site to be safe, but one of our customers using iPhone Safari came back as "Unsafe Site".
